Customer Success Manager Financial Services (m/f/t)

YOUR POSITION IN OUR TEAM

  • You are the first contact person for your customers when it comes to the entire handling of payment transactions by phone and e-mail
  • You are responsible for the administration of reclamations and returned debits and you represent the interface between client and debt collection company
  • You are juggling with numbers and always achieve the proper result in order to advise your customers in the best possible way
  • You will participate in additional projects, optimize processes and take care of general commercial activities

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally as a bank clerk, office clerk or equivalent
  • You have an affinity for numbers and like to communicate with your customers by phone or e-mail in German, ideally also in English
  • With your empathic and solution-oriented nature, you are also able to deal with challenging customers
  • You have a strong hands-on mentality and keep a cool head even in high workload situations
  • You have already had experience with ticket systems and the handling of the MS Office package is no hassle for you
