Business Development Manager International (m/f/t)

You are in the mood for internationalization, would like to convince the entire fitness industry in your target country that they need our product and are looking for a start-up atmosphere in a medium-sized company? In addition, you also speak English at the highest possible level? Then you are exactly right here.


  • You are the first contact person in an international context for our new clients as well as responsible for the development of new business fields with our existing clients
  • You are always one step ahead of the market and advice our clients on the topic of digitalization and the member experience in their studios
  • You open up new market and gain new clients in the corresponding target country and are also not afraid of translation tasks
  • You develop concepts for the strategic product launches in the new markets
  • You have an eye on the competition, and adjust your strategies with regard to gaining
    new clients and price developments and thus create new sales opportunities


  • You’ve got several years of experience in Business Development
  • You are familiar with the fitness industry, already have a network in the relevant destination country and are ready to travel internationally
  • You’ve got well-founded strategic experience in international sales
  • You are motivated to take over responsibility and able to grasp a situation quickly, as well as high level of eloquence with words
  • You speak English or/and German at the highest possible level and your commitment distinguishes you
