Customer Success Manager International (m/f/t)

YOUR POSITION IN OUR TEAM

  • As an International Customer Success Manager you initiate success stories for our clients in the target country
  • You support and advise our clients in an international context with complicated enquiries and problems regarding our software through screensharing and other communication tools
  • You are the interface between various departments and our clients in the target country and herewith ensure smooth communication and problem solving
  • The integration of studio hardware, following a reasonable familiarization period, are also part of your duties
  • You work independently on 1st and 2nd level support tickets, act solution-oriented and are also not afraid of translation tasks

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have international experience in customer service and ideally have experience in the fitness industry
  • You have an affinity for IT and are interested in digital processes and software
  • You are secure using MS Office, especially Excel and the corresponding communication tools (telephone, chat, mail, text, TeamViewer etc.)
  • You are service-oriented and speak German or/and English very well
  • Your strengths include excellent communication skills coupled with intercultural competence, ideally in the language of the target country, for example Italy
  • You are very thorough and able to maintain your humor as well as keep calm also in hectic times
