your position in our team
Communicate with customers, clients and authorities (especially lawyers) by phone and in writing
Contact person for customers regarding the entire handling of the collection process
Execution of settlement negotiations and conclusion of payment plans
Process files, take over additional projects and support all administrative activities
what you bring to the table
Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with an additional qualification in receivables management or as a paralegal (m/f/d) or equivalent
Organizational talent and excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in writing, in German and ideally also in English
Empathic nature and solution-oriented approach, keeping a cool head even in stressful situations
Hands-on mentality and an overview of your activities, even with a high workload
Confident handling of the MS Office package (Word and Outlook)
