customer Onboarding Manager Software (m/f/t)

Your position in our team

  • You will support our clients in switching from their existing software to our software and transfer data based on manually created Excel files
  • You coordinate the data transfers and advise and train our clients in the onboarding process
  • You take care of the Client Retention Cycle and handle the technical setup of the client account
  • You will be responsible for individual product and content training and will support our clients from the start of the implementation of our software
  • You involve colleagues from the product development department to make customized modifications.

Who you are

  • You already have experience in the holistic support of clients or members and are familiar with the processes in the fitness studio and/or studio management
  • In any case, you can be passionate about the IT industry and appreciate the possibilities of digital transformations
  • You are a great listener and with your quick comprehension you can quickly identify and solve problems of the clients
  • Your friendly nature and high level of client orientation ensure a positive customer experience and you are not afraid of technical topics or can understand technical connections
  • You are ready to pack your bags and travel in the DACH area, you have excellent knowledge of Excel, are always client-oriented, are communicative (in German and gladly also in English) and enjoy organizing your todos by yourself
