Your position in our team
You take responsibility and guarantee the best possible customer success by getting to the core of the client's problems and solving them as independently as possible
You will advise our clients on complex handling requests concerning our software via telephone, screen-sharing tools, chat and e-mail
You are the interface between our clients and the internal departments such as product development, sales etc. and ensure that communication and problem solving is smooth
You play a key role in building the relationship with our clients as part of the technical service team
You independently deal with 1st and 2nd level support tickets and act solution-oriented
What you bring to the table
You already have experience in the holistic support of clients or members and are familiar with the processes in the fitness studio and/or studio management
In any case, you can be passionate about the IT industry and appreciate the possibilities of digital transformations
You are a great listener and with your quick comprehension you can quickly identify and solve problems of the clients
Your friendly nature and high level of client orientation ensure a positive customer experience and you are not afraid of technical topics or can understand technical connections
Ideally, you already have knowledge in B2B client care, are always client-oriented, are communicative (in German and preferably also in English) and enjoy organizing your own todos
