customer success manager CRM-Software (m/f/D)

Your position in our team

  • You will support and advise our customers with complex inquiries and problems concerning our software product via screen sharing tools and other communication tools 
  • You will be the interface between different departments and our customers, ensuring smooth communication and problem solving
  • You independently process 1st and 2nd level support tickets and you act solution-oriented
  • You conduct customer training on our software
  • The integration of studio hardware also belongs to your area of responsibility after an appropriate training period
  • You will assume your own projects and responsibilities in special subject areas

Who you are

  • Ideally you have experience in the fitness market/studio management
  • In any case, you are IT-affine and interested in digital processes and software
  • You like to communicate and are confident with the appropriate communication channels (phone, chat, mail, TeamViewer etc.)
  • You have a high customer and service orientation and enjoy sales
  • You are organized, structured and have a high level of self-motivation
  • You have enthusiasm and an interest in developing yourself
  • You are confident with MS Office, especially with Excel
  • Additional foreign languages are a nice-to-have (French, Spanish, English)
