You will support and advise our customers with complex inquiries and problems concerning our software product via screen sharing tools and other communication tools
You will be the interface between different departments and our customers, ensuring smooth communication and problem solving
You independently process 1st and 2nd level support tickets and you act solution-oriented
You conduct customer training on our software
The integration of studio hardware also belongs to your area of responsibility after an appropriate training period
You will assume your own projects and responsibilities in special subject areas
Who you are
Ideally you have experience in the fitness market/studio management
In any case, you are IT-affine and interested in digital processes and software
You like to communicate and are confident with the appropriate communication channels (phone, chat, mail, TeamViewer etc.)
You have a high customer and service orientation and enjoy sales
You are organized, structured and have a high level of self-motivation
You have enthusiasm and an interest in developing yourself
You are confident with MS Office, especially with Excel
Additional foreign languages are a nice-to-have (French, Spanish, English)
