Customer Success Manager E-Commerce (m/f/t)

Your position in our team

  • You will be responsible for telephone client support and advice (order acceptance and processing), both inbound and outbound
  • You are responsible for complaint management and are the interface between different departments and our clients
  • You will research the causes and ensure smooth communication and troubleshooting
  • You process incoming e-mails and take over general administrative tasks

Who you are

  • You have at least 1 year of professional experience in the field of customer service, wholesale and foreign trade or logistics
  • It would be nice if you also have a successfully completed training in logistics, purchasing, wholesale or office management
  • You are client- and service-oriented, always friendly and patient and like to communicate with clients, whether in writing or orally, in German and ideally also in English
  • At best, you already have experience with shopsystem tools such as shopware, CRM tools such as Salesforce and/or communication tools such as 3CX or ZenDesk
