your position in our team

  • Develop an integration strategy including objectives, timeline and guidelines for each integration, organizing and managing the entire integration team and keeping stakeholders informed at all levels
  • Coordinate business and technical integration planning and activities across all profit centers and functions
  • Identify and realize synergy potentials and continuously ensure the continuation of operations and documentation of all progress and risks
  • Initiate training measures and pay attention to the development opportunities for new colleagues
  • Accompany the operational implementation of the integration concept and take responsibility for the achievement of the integration goals.

what you bring to the table

  • Ideally a degree in business administration/commerce/computer science or a similar field and at least 5 years of relevant experience in a comparable position, ideally in a software development environment
  • Data-driven approach and KPI affinity as well as strong entrepreneurial thinking skills
  • Affinity for cultural differences and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, as well as very good project planning, documentation and communication skills in German and English
  • Technical background and knowledge of business and technical architectures
  • Flexibility, initiative and empathy
