Your position in our team
As an International Customer Success Manager you initiate success stories for our clients in the target country
You support and advise our clients in an international context with complicated enquiries and problems regarding our software through screensharing and other communication tools
You are the interface between various departments and our clients in the target country and herewith ensure smooth communication and problem solving
The integration of studio hardware, following a reasonable familiarization period, are also part of your duties
You work independently on 1st and 2nd level support tickets, act solution-oriented and are also not afraid of translation tasks
Who you are
You have international experience in customer service and ideally have experience in the fitness industry
You have an affinity for IT and are interested in digital processes and software
You are secure using MS Office, especially Excel and the corresponding communication tools (telephone, chat, mail, text, TeamViewer etc.)
You are service-oriented and speak German or/and English very well
Your strengths include excellent communication skills coupled with intercultural competence, ideally in the language of the target country
You are very thorough and able to maintain your humor as well as keep calm also in hectic times
