KEY ACCOUNT Manager E-COMMERCE (m/f/D)

Your position in our team

  • Support our well-known customers within the D-A-CH region in their transformation into the digital shopping world, taking into account individual customer needs
  • Be responsible for continuous management of existing and new customers, including continuous, dynamic development
  • Conduct analyses of up- and cross-selling potentials, incl. derivation of campaign-based sales activities and take responsibility for the preparation, execution and implementation of customer meetings
  • Attend on-site meetings and regular routines with our key accounts and provide continuous reporting on all relevant KPIs to management
  • Work closely with other departments, in particular Sourcing, Project Management & Customer Success

What you bring to the table

  • Relevant experience in the support of key accounts or general sales activities
  • Relevant project experience in e-commerce (technology & processes) and ideally experience with Salesforce, project management tools, Shopware / general store systems and/or B2B commerce know-how
  • Self-confident, humorous, empathetic personality and team player
  • Affinity for numbers and entrepreneurial expertise
  • Interest in digitizing a complete market
