Key Account Manager Customer Success (m/f/d)

Your position in our team

  • Advise our key accounts in complex requests regarding our studio management software in order to use it as efficiently as possible
  • Support our key accounts in the implementation and realization of digital processes in the gyms of our key accounts
  • Coordinate and implement data transfers from existing systems
    Interface function between clients and our internal departments (e.g. Product Management and Development)
  • Contribute to the creation and continuous optimization of the customer success processes of our key accounts

what you bring to the table

  • At least 5 years of experience in the holistic management of key accounts and you are familiar with the processes in a gym and/or gym management
  • Basic technical understanding of software and enthusiasm for IT processes
  • Excellent communication skills, in German and English, and confident handling of the corresponding channels (phone, chat, mail, TeamViewer, etc.)
  • Strong client and service orientation and ability to work independently to create an outstanding customer experience
  • Enthusiasm, great interest in further development, desire to try out new things and break new ground
