Key Account  Service Manager (m/F/D)

Your position in our team

  • You help our new customers love our software and set it up perfectly as part of the software migration process
  • You control all related measures, such as the coordination and implementation of data migration, from existing systems
  • You support and advise our key account clients on all user questions regarding our studio management software. (Magicline 2.0)
  • You advise on the implementation and application of digital processes in our client’s gyms (both on site and via screen sharing)
  • During the changeover phase you are the interface between the clients and our internal departments (e.g. Product Management and Development)
  • You take over simple integration of studio hardware such as access barriers, locking systems or reader devices in Magicline 2.0

You bring this with you

  • You love your clients and already have experience in customer service/support, ideally with a technical background (e.g. software user support or IT helpdesk)
  • You may even have some experience in the fitness industry/studio management
  • In any case, you are IT-savvy and interested in digital processes and software
  • You like to communicate and you are secure with the relevant channels (telephone, chat, mail, TeamViewer etc.)
  • You are very customer and service oriented as well as enjoy sales
  • You are organized, structured and self-motivated
  • You have the enthusiasm and interest to develop yourself further
  • You are ready to pack your suitcases (readiness to travel in the DACH region)
  • You are secure with MS Office, particularly with Excel
  • Additional foreign languages are a bonus, but not critical (e.g. French, Spanish, English)
