YOUR POSITION IN OUR TEAM
Handle all incoming calls from our clients at Finion Capital and always be the right contact person in case of queries
Handle customer inquiries by phone as well as return debit notes and act as the interface between the client and our debt collection company Finion FairPay.
With your understanding of numbers you always come to the right result to advise and support our clients in the best possible way
Take over additional projects, optimize processes and take care of the day-to-day business
What you bring to the table
A completed vocational training and initial experience in customer communication via telephone
Enjoyment of telephone customer contact and problem solving
Preferably first experience with ticket systems and confident handling of the MS Office package
Hands on mentality: always keep an overview and a cool head even in situations with a high workload
Customer orientation, strong communication skills and affinity for numbers
