Technical customer success manager (m/f/D)

Your position in our team

  • You support and advise our clients with complex inquiries and problems concerning our software product via screen sharing tools and other communication tools 
  • You will be the interface between various departments and our clients, ensuring efficient communication and solving problems
  • You independently deal with 1st and 2nd level support tickets and act solution oriented
  • You will take over the commissioning and maintenance of gym IT systems (mainly electronic control systems) and master complex hardware installations and issues
  • You pinpoint the causes and elimate interferences and advise our clients how to proceed in case of interferences outside our sphere of activity 
  • You will advise our clients on (new) systems and system expansions for new studio openings
  • You will take over your own projects and responsibilities in special departments.

Who you are

  • Ideally, you have a technical education, e.g. as an IT specialist, information technology officer or IT systems electronics technician
  • You already have practical experience in handling and integrating hardware components
  • You have a basic technical understanding of the interaction of IT systems and an interest in digital processes as well as hardware and software
  • Your skills include excellent communication skills and you are confident with the corresponding channels (telephone, chat, mail, TeamViewer etc.), ideally you speak English as well as German at a high level
  • You have a high customer and service orientation and enjoyment of sales
  • You are organized, structured and have a high level of self-motivation
  • You are enthusiastic, interested in further development, like to try out new things and try to solve problems in new ways
