Your position in our team
You will support our product team in the preparation of releases and the related communication and create content for each functionality for our clients, e. g. in our help center
You maintain our product management tools, structure the client insights, test our features and give us your feedback
You will create reports about the development of the software for internal transparency and contribute to the optimization of our internal processes and procedures
You are constantly looking for improvement potentials and contribute with your input to make us even more efficient
You have the opportunity to create initial concepts for our software development and take advantage of the know-how of our experienced and enthusiastic product managers
Who you are
You are a registered student (m/f/d) in social and/or economic sciences, technology or consulting (e. g. business informatics, media informatics, business administration, computer science, entrepreneurship, eCommerce) or a comparable bachelor/master program and can work at least 2-3 days a week (20h)
Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience in the areas of digitization, process organization, workflow management or information management or you know the processes in the fitness market/studio management
In any case, you have an affinity for IT, are interested in digital processes and software, already have an understanding of product management and like to find new ways to improve things, and are curious about the future
You are characterized by good analytical skills, a quick perception, high motivation and a structured and autonomous way of working. In addition, you are an absolute team player and communicate confidently in German and ideally also in English
You have very good knowledge of MS Office programs or comparable tools such as Google Suite and ideally you have already had some experience with Jira, Confluence and Slack
