Customer Success Manager Order Processing (m/f/D)

YOUR POSITION IN OUR TEAM

  • Inbound telephone client support (order acceptance and processing)
  • Communication interface between sales, logistics, purchasing, accounting & client
  • Process incoming e-mails, take over general administrative tasks and support accounting activities
  • Complaint management and root cause analysis
  • Dispatch of goods and shop system maintenance

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally in wholesale or in dialog marketing
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in the field of order processing
  • Ability to work in a team, client orientation, organizational talent and communication skills (in German as well as in English)
  • Empathic nature and solution-oriented approach, keeping a cool head even in stressful situations
  • Confident handling of store systems, e.g. Shopware, sales tools, e.g. Salesforce, communication tools/ticket systems, e.g. Zendesk or 3CX and the Google Suite/MS Office package
