Your Position in our team
Ownership for the entire purchasing process including the coordination of clients, suppliers, carriers & audit institutes
Plan and support the development of our own brands from all relevant product categories of bedarf.de and monitor the client specific product development
Optimize the current sourcing process by using existing and new suppliers, worldwide, and negotiate the best prices & sourcing conditions with international suppliers (Germany, Europe & Asia)
Ensure the logistic process up to the own warehouse and take over the supplier management considering the relevant KPIs
Communicate with stakeholders such as account, category and product management and take over margin calculations
What you bring to the table
Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally in wholesale and foreign trade or logistics
At least 1 year of professional experience in procurement, purchasing or sourcing
Motivation to find the best factory for our own brand products and the most suitable suppliers to provide our clients with the best products
Enthusiasm for the complete value chain of the sourcing process (from product research to final product)
Team player, negotiation and communication skills (in German as well as in English), analytical skills
