Your position in our team
Advise our key accounts in complex requests regarding our studio management software in order to use it as efficiently as possible
Support our key accounts in the implementation and realization of digital processes in the gyms of our key accounts
Coordinate and implement data transfers from existing systems
Interface function between clients and our internal departments (e.g. Product Management and Development)
Contribute to the creation and continuous optimization of the customer success processes of our key accounts
what you bring to the table
At least 5 years of experience in the holistic management of key accounts and you are familiar with the processes in a gym and/or gym management
Basic technical understanding of software and enthusiasm for IT processes
Excellent communication skills, in German and English, and confident handling of the corresponding channels (phone, chat, mail, TeamViewer, etc.)
Strong client and service orientation and ability to work independently to create an outstanding customer experience
Enthusiasm, great interest in further development, desire to try out new things and break new ground
