Your position in our team
Ownership of the Technical Customer Success to ensure our clients' success with our software and connected hardware
Lead and develop your team with a focus on technical Customer Success, including ongoing trainings and knowledge sharing
Build and maintain IT structures and processes in Customer Success, e.g. through lean and scalable workflows and communication flows, internally and externally
Act as a role model for excellent Technical Customer Success to ensure high quality and technical performance
Hands-on: commissioning and maintenance of IT systems (mainly electronic control systems)
What you bring to the table
At least 5 years of Technical Customer Success experiences in software development or hardware and technical understanding of IT systems interactions
At least 3 years of experience in people leadership, project management and strategy development
Knowhow in consulting for the implementation of new systems and/or system extensions
The commitment to ensure the success of our clients based on pragmatism, an agile mindset, an efficient way of working and a very high quality approach
Analytical thinking, decisiveness, client orientation and communication skills (in German as well as in English)
